Responsibilities

Investigators from the participating Institutions are responsible for the following:

• IRB Approval from his/her institution
• Obtain proper training in using the Rave Registry (Database) by Mayo Clinic
• Obtain Material Transferee Agreement for DNA sample/data sharing
• Follow the guideline for sample preparation, storage, and delivery
• Obtain all available data from the DataSchema
• Enter the data in the database
• Maintain and manage their own dataset
• Provide information on two staff members from research team for contact during emergency
• Keep Contact with PIs through Conference Calls and Emails
• Attend annual meeting of HCCEC for all update (personal or web)
• Give regular feedback to the PIs
